Rich has a banking career spanning nearly 20 years and was most recently at Brightwood, serving as Managing Director providing debt and equity capital solutions to companies with EBITDA of 5 million to 75 million.

Prior to joining Brightwood in 2015 Rich led the Western U.S. originations and structuring of Citibank’s asset based loans for middle market companies.

Rich also spent time at General Electric Capital Corporation directly sourcing middle market asset based loans and leveraged cash flow loans from middle market companies Rich started his career attending Comerica Bank’s Credit College.

Rich graduated with a BS from Saint Mary’s College of California while playing as a NCAA Division I Athlete (Tennis).

Rich resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife and three kids.
