Over the Company’s 70 year history, FFI has provided the financiers of film and television productions with contracts providing assurance that productsions will be completed on time and on budget. The Company is headquarters in Los Angeles with 11 offices globally including London, Stockholm, Toronto, New York, Cape Town, Cologne and Shanghai. FFI IPO’d on AIM in June 2017 and used the proceeds to acquire businesses that have broadened the Company’s offering to the film and entertainment industry beyond just completion contracts with the thesis of acquiring an end-to-end service provider for the independent film and television production industry. FFI now operates five distinct business segments: Completion Contracts, Editing Equipment Rental, Technical Services, Insurance Agency, and Content Distribution.
