Jessica has almost 15 years of experience supporting C-level executives, specifically in private equity and medical devices.

Prior to joining Caprice, she served as Executive Assistant to the President at Abbott Laboratories and supported a group of almost 1700. She was the liaison between the president and thirteen direct reports and traveled the country supporting conferences and meetings.

Prior to joining Abbott Laboratories, Jessica was an Administrative Assistant to a founding member of Oaktree Capital for 6 years. She worked in the distressed debt department along with several other assistants supporting managing directors, vice presidents and analysts through her tenure.

Jessica lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband Tate, her 7-year-old daughter Scarlett, and their dog Rosie and cat Darla. They recently moved back from Austin, Texas where they lived for 3 years. Jessica and her family love living by the beach and are enjoying every moment soaking up the California weather.
