Investment Approach

Our investments are primarily senior secured loans to non-sponsor backed businesses with majority of transactions where Caprice will be lead agent and work directly with ownership, management and board members.

These transactions typically aren’t involved in a process nor do they involve an advisor or investment banker. These companies are typically seeking capital for growth, expansion, acquisitions, shareholder liquidity, management buyouts or family/generational transition.

Caprice will underwrite based on cash flow leverage and enterprise value as well asset-based structures. The Principals of Caprice have years of experience evaluating both cash flow as well as various forms of collateral.
